Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with cuanwd. Creating multiple Accounts (referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. After 18 months of inactivity, cuanwd reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month from dormant Account balances. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of cuanwd's Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact cuanwd customer support to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute - [Your Account Username]". We will investigate and respond to formal complaints within 14 business days.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any disputes with cuanwd on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
